Beenleigh Distillery Wedding Film
Beenleigh Artisan Distillery is a working distillery on the Albert River at Eagleby, with a barrel room for ceremonies and a visitor centre for receptions. Here is how a wedding there looked on film.

Your wedding day at Beenleigh Distillery
Getting ready. The wedding party has a private retreat on site to get ready in.
The ceremony. The ceremony is held in the Grand Barrel Room.
Portraits. In my film here, the couple stands in front of a weathered timber shed with a native-flower bouquet. The riverbank and the old buildings give rustic backdrops.
The reception. A short walk takes the party from the barrel room to the visitor centre for the reception.
Why couples choose it
Couples choose the distillery for something different from a garden or a hall: a heritage working site with a barrel room for the ceremony and the whole day on one property.
Filming a wedding at Beenleigh Distillery
With Tegan & Dan, I filmed moments like the couple in front of a weathered timber shed, a native-flower bouquet in her arms. Read their story.
Barrel rooms are dim and echoey, so I plan the audio for the ceremony carefully and the exposure for the dark interior, then the portraits for the riverbank and the grounds in the late light.
