Links Hope Island Wedding Film

Links is a golf course venue at Hope Island, with lawns, a lake, a Venetian-style bridge and a Mediterranean clubhouse.

The ceremony. Ceremonies take place at one of four locations around the lake and the course.

Portraits. After the ceremony the couple has group photos on the course, and in my film here they stand together on a rise as the sun sets, silhouetted against an orange sky with the hills behind them. The bridge and the water add more backdrops.

The reception. Drinks are on the Fairway Terrace before the reception in the Grand Ballroom.

Couples choose Links Hope Island for the setting and the service: green space and water views for the ceremony and the portraits, and a team that takes care of the details. It suits couples who want a polished, relaxed day with a lot of lawn and sky.

Couples praise the events manager for being professional through the whole planning process, and describe the coordination before and on the day as excellent. They call the food exceptional, with the buffet encouraging guests to mingle, and say the pricing is worth the level of service. The grounds, with lush grass, water and palms, are a recurring favourite.

The bridge and the water make a good backdrop at the end of the afternoon, and the course is open, so the wind and the sun are worth planning for.

Golf course lawns are open, so sun and wind can both matter. We will plan the ceremony time for the best light and I will plan audio so your vows are clear outdoors. The water and the greens make portraits easy at the end of the afternoon.
